【Introduction】
The team of Cognitive computing and intelligent information processing in University of Science and Technology Beijing was founded in 2019. At present, there have been 3 teachers (including 1 professor and 2 lecturers) and 11 graduate students (including 2 doctoral students and 9 master students).
The team is committed to machine learning, pattern recognition, emotional computing, brain computer interface, cognitive computing and intelligent information processing.
In recent years, the team members have undertaken several research programs funded by the key project of NSFC, key project of NSFC's major research program, national key research and development program of China, national key basic research program (973 program) of China, and national high technology program (863 program) of China. The team has established a good cooperation relationship and exchange visit mechanism with Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Hamburg University, Kent University, etc. The graduate students trained by the team choose to go abroad for further study or work in well-known enterprises such as IBM, Microsoft, Google, Tencent, Alibaba, Sohu, Baidu and Huawei.

【Outstanding Achievements】
In recent years, the team members have undertaken key project of NSFC, key project of NSFC's major research program, National key research and development program of China, National key basic research program (973 program) of China and National high technology program (863 program) of China, etc. And won a number of provincial and ministerial awards. More than 70 SCI papers have been published in NeuroImage, Neural networks, Cerebral Cortex, Human Brain Mapping, Journal of Neural Engineering, IET Intelligent Transportation Systems and other international well-known academic journals. Owning a number of patents and software copyright. A number of students have won outstanding graduates from Beijing, and received the excellent award and the third prize in the international brain-like computing competition in 2018 and 2019.
